Despatch of Orders
Unless stated otherwise your order will be despatched on the next working day after it has been processed.
We will send an email to the address provided at the time of order to confirm when your order has been despatched.
Delivery
Most orders will be sent via first class delivery.
Some items may be sent as standard parcels using Royal Mail. Please allow 2-4 days for delivery from the despatch date.
For very large items we may use the services of a courier company.
(The invoice address will always be used unless a different delivery address is specified at time of order).
If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons not under our control we will inform you as soon as possible.
Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, Planet Trash will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
In this case, we will inform you of any delay as soon as possible and will give you the option of cancelling your order at this point.
Delivery Charges
For all orders over £65 standard delivery is free.
For most orders within mainland UK our standard delivery charge is £3.65.
Please note that large orders, dependent on the weight of the items, may be subject to further delivery charges. You will be notified by e-mail at point of order if further charges will be incurred.
